Top of the Hyatt was the perfect spot for our wedding welcome party with about 110–120 guests. The bar had amazing vibes, delicious drinks, and top-tier service from start to finish. Our guests were blown away by the views—even at night—and the seasonal dive bar theme with games added such a fun, unexpected twist. The atmosphere was classy but relaxed, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. It was a total hit and a fabulous spot to host an event. Highly recommend!

While we only had drinks and an appetizer. The ahi tuna appetizer was superb. We were lucky to get a window seat. Very enjoyable eve.

I can highly recommend to drop by. You get an awesome view of the harbor and the military ships as well as a nice view on Coronado Island. The drinks are a little pricey but what did you expect ;) I can highly recommend the “North Park” with jalapeno puree if you don’t mind something a little more spicy and out of the ordinary. The bar has a dress code but I did see people with shorts and trainers... it was fairly empty though.

I went twice in my week stay at the Hyatt, and thoroughly enjoyed both visits! The atmosphere really makes the experience. I liked the seasonal menu and decorations. If I lived in town I could see myself coming back as those changed. Service was good and so were the drinks, were run a bit pricy for the quality of alcohol, but you are paying for the view, which is worth it!

I had a fantastic experience at Top of the Hyatt! The drinks were absolutely top-notch. I tried their espresso martini with tequila, and it was delicious — the perfect balance of rich coffee flavor and a smooth kick from the tequila. My husband went with a classic Manhattan, and he was equally impressed. The service was excellent, with attentive servers making sure we had everything we needed. The bartenders are truly skilled at crafting great cocktails, and the view from the top was just the cherry on top of a wonderful evening. Highly recommend for a night out with great drinks and an amazing atmosphere!

Cocktails with a great view of the San Diego skyline and Bay Area at the top of the tallest hotel in town. Tried the La Jolla which was pretty good. Pricing is on the higher end for cocktails.

Honestly loved the view. Probably best view in San Diego. Especially when you can see the sunset without getting brain freeze in the cold.
